The goal of life is to make your heartbeat match the beat of the universe, to match your nature with Nature.
— Joseph Campbell

Are you asking yourself: "Who Am I?"

Are you wanting to live a life different than the one you are currently living?

Are you struggling with letting go?

Connect to Yourself  • Discover Your Purpose •  Step Into Your Life

Initiatory rites of passage is an ancient practice across many cultures used to mark transitions, celebrate death and rebirth, and approach mysteries.  Although, the primary rite of passage is marking the transition from childhood to adulthood, we go through a variety of transitions through every stage of life, each one inviting us to become more of who we are. And because our culture has so deeply lost rites of passage practices, for most of us already labeled "adults", those who have not been initiated and thus can feel somewhere in-between phases and not quiet fully acknowledged or whole as an adult, not quiet living from a place of our true purpose.

Let us bring back the practice of initiation, let's provide borders for individuals to cross and return from to mark their new phase in life.  This is necessary! Not only for young people but ALSO for all the uninitiated adults who crave the experience of a life well lived, a meaningful life!

The Wilderness Quest offer a modern day initiation practice.  Cross over the threshold into the unknown of the wilderness, dissolve who you think you are and expand into who you actually are.  Nature does not resist the truth of what it is, the crow does not wish to be the deer.  The modern day wilderness quest, takes you on a practice of death and rebirth, release creature comfort of company, shelter and food for four days, hold your important questions about life.

Lost

Stand still. The trees ahead and bushes beside you
Are not lost. Wherever you are is called Here,
And you must treat it as a powerful stranger,
Must ask permission to know it and be known.
The forest breathes. Listen. It answers,
I have made this place around you.
If you leave it, you may come back again, saying Here.
No two trees are the same to Raven.
No two branches are the same to Wren.
If what a tree or a bush does is lost on you,
You are surely lost. Stand still. The forest knows
Where you are. You must let it find you.
